This section has three parts, each of which has its own "Continue" button.
- Default Address: This is the address you marked as default in your Address Book.
- Address Book: Excluding the default address, this lists from rest of the addresses from your Address Book.
- New Address: A new address entry.
You should make your selection and press the appropriate "Continue" button in order to proceed to the next step in the check out process.
